Returns & Exchanges

Please read through our returns policy carefully as they are accepted upon your purchase here at Club Fawn.

 

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

We understand that purchasing items online don’t always go as planned. Returns will only be accepted if an item is deemed faulty. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size so please make sure of your order before purchasing. We offer store credit whenever an item is returned, which you can use to exchange for a new item instead. We do not offer refunds.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed and then you will receive an email with the details of your store credit. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock. 

 

  • How do I return a damaged item?

While we hope this never happens, if you have received a faulty item please email us at hello@clubfawn.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Club Fawn.

Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on items being returned.

 

  • RETURN CONDITIONS
Please note the following product return requirements for faulty items:
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt:
Merchandise must be unworn;

Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact
We do not offer a return or exchange on earrings.
All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations, changes or refunds can be made once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
