How much is shipping and how long does it take?

We ship to most locations worldwide. 


    - Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

    United States
    - Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    - Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    - Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days
    - Expedited International Shipping: 6-7 business days

    There may also be occasional courier or customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. Note that we do not process or ship orders during Sundays and holidays.


    What currency are the prices displayed in?

    Our prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default but can be switched to your preferred currency located at the bottom part of every page.


    How can I track my order?

    All orders are trackable from our end. Tracking information is available upon request only.


    What about duty and taxes?

    Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and you are responsible for these fees. Please note that we do not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.


    What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

    It is your responsibility to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. Once the package is shipped, we can no longer change the address initially stated. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. 


    What if my item is lost in the mail?

    Please be aware that this is a local delivery service issue. 

    We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or marked as delivered. If your tracking details have been marked as delivered, but you have not received your items we advise you to contact your local delivery service and provide them with your tracking details and shipping information and make a claim.
